Once booked, you can edit your appointments via a link from the confirmation email.
Once you have booked online, you should immediately receive a confirmation email, and then a reminder email a couple days before your appointment with instructions including a door code to let yourself inside the clinic.

The clinic is located at 3642 33rd Ave S. STE C4, a half block north of Rainier Ave S. Please note that GPS will take you to the far north end of the building
Parking is on the street only and the clinic is wheelchair accessible.
